We are a growing family business in Hamburg and are looking for a technical property supervisor (caretaker) for prestigious and technically-sophisticated properties (which are primarily used for commercial purposes), available immediately or at a later date.

From 25 hours/week or full-time.

Your tasks:

Regular supervision and monitoring of the building, its technical facilities and their external installations
Detection of faults and, where necessary, their rectification, incl. documentation
Coordination and instigation of maintenance works, repairs and servicing
Coordination and monitoring of third-party companies
Readiness to work in the case of exceptional events
