We process and use this personal data to process your application and, where necessary, to process your employment with the company. The legal basis for the processing of data is Section 26 Par. 1 BDSG [German Federal Data Protection Act]. We store your data until we have made a decision regarding your application and, where this is successful, for the duration of your employment relationship and retention periods under commercial and fiscal law. Where you have not agreed to the further processing and use of this data, we erase these after said retention periods have expired.
